My easter lilys are finally blooming!! Here are 2 shots of my butterfly garden. I know it technically doesn't count here, but until I move, I'm in garden limbo....so this is all I've got.
You should smell them too! Very sweet and fragrant. I took that picture a couple of days ago - now almost all of them are open...I love seeing them everyday.
So I just discovered...daylilies do NOT do well cut in a vase. I snipped 3 easter lillys and wanted to fill in the vase with daylilies. They looked beautiful last night...but this morning - wilt central. Easter lilies are still beautiful - not so much for the daylilies. Ahh well...live and learn...
